And please give us a heads-up when booking so we know to roll out the welcome mat (and maybe a treat or two).

Q Will I need a car or vehicle?

Yes. Goose Cove is just outside Trinity. It’s about a 3-hour drive from St. John’s International Airport and about 2 hours and 10 minutes from Gander International. As one of the most secluded seaside lodging spots in Trinity Newfoundland, having your own transportation is essential for enjoying the area’s full range of experiences.

Q Can I get married at Goose Cove?

Yes! Goose Cove Retreat has hosted many small, and intimate weddings, receptions, and gatherings. The property is on a well and septic system, so events are capped at 25 people total and must be arranged in advance. A $250 event fee applies, and as host, you’re responsible for your guests. No tents, canopies, or structures may be added without prior permission. A unique and unforgettable Newfoundland setting for your day with all the comfort of a private oceanfront retreat.

Q Are there any extra charges to use the amenities at Goose Cove?

No. When you book direct, you get full access to all our amenities. There are no hidden fees, no locked cupboards, and no fine print.
